Winter Restorative Yoga Series

Join us for the perfect yoga practice to compliment the winter months.  Restorative Yoga is one of the most nourishing yogic modalities with its main benefit creating a deep sense of relaxation for the mind and body.  Additional benefits include better sleep, an improved sense of well-being, uplifted mood, and reduced body aches and pains.  With the use of an unlimited number of cushions and props to create passive postures, this practice encourages the body and mind to let go by highlighting comfort and ease.  Where else can we find that in today’s world?  

Join our circle as each Tuesday will be a special practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, replenished, and recharged.  

Who is this series for?
This series is designed for those with little to no yoga experience who wish to start their yoga journey and for those wishing to strip it back and re-explore the fundamentals. Everyone is welcome!

What will I need?
Nothing,  just bring yourself, as you are!  It is helpful to wear comfortable clothing.   Appropriate pj’s are even encouraged so that you can go home and go right to bed!  We will provide all mats, cushions and props but feel free to bring any special blankets, pillows or even a hot water bottle with you if you want to make your space extra cosy.  (Feel free to fill up the hot water bottle at the studio)
