Pranayama breathing practice is a technology that allows us to consciously guide and participate with our life force energy. The more we practice directing the breath with awareness the more the breath becomes a powerful tool that we can use to transmute energy, cultivate balance and generate a state of presence and calm.

In this workshop, Sandi will guide you through an embodiment meditation followed by a dharma talk on the biology of breathing. You will then be empowered with a series of ancient kriya and breathing practices suitable for managing in different life circumstances. Leave with practical breathing tools to apply in your everyday life so you can reduce stress and experience deeper relaxation.
