Studio Manager and lead educator Talia will be available to assist you with booking onto this 30 day wellbeing refresh.
It is recommended you attend one yoga class every day BUT this is not essential, this is your choice. The intention behind the 30 days is to change your mindset, and create positive changes to your life in small manageable steps.
At the opening seminar we will delve into understanding mindset and how we can find flow to reset our wellbeing for the year ahead. Each participant will workshop and write their own mini goals. The goals will be divided into four pillars: diet, rest, sleep and movement. By making small, easily achievable changes in each of these key areas you can find and maintain good health – and avoid illness. You don’t need to excel at any one pillar; what matters is the balance across all the things you do.
