Preparation

Online or Studio Sign up prior to or on Saturday 1st February is essential.

Studio Manager and lead educator Talia will be available to assist you with booking onto this 30 day wellbeing refresh.

It is recommended you attend one yoga class every day BUT this is not essential, this is your choice. The intention behind the 30 days is to change your mindset, and create positive changes to your life in small manageable steps.

At the opening seminar we will delve into understanding mindset and how we can find flow to reset our wellbeing for the year ahead. Each participant will workshop and write their own mini goals. The goals will be divided into four pillars: diet, rest, sleep and movement. By making small, easily achievable changes in each of these key areas you can find and maintain good health – and avoid illness. You don’t need to excel at any one pillar; what matters is the balance across all the things you do.

“Every day, do something that will inch you closer to a healthier, happier tomorrow”

Movement – Unlimited Yoga

Definition of Yoga: Yoga is to yoke or unite and connect mind, body and breath.

Some of the many benefits to a daily yoga practice:

  • Greater resilience to the many things life throws at us
  • Increased mental, spiritual and physical awareness and concentration
  • Increased flexibility and fluidity of movement
  • Increased physical strength and muscle tone
  • A calmer central nervous system & mind
  • Increased positivity, mindset and outlook
  • A greater sense of awareness around what you put into your body
  • Improved posture
  • Provides a solid foundation in which to explore different aspects of yourself and the life you are living.

“Many things in life not created equal, but everyone gets the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:  Learn to prioritise and make time for what we truly want.

Journaling and self-reflection

As part of the Challenge, it is strongly advised for all participants to use a journal to reflect on your progress as the days go by. Using a journal to write how you feel, what comes up and any changes you notice: for your eyes only, so no judgement. You may use this for goal setting: creating a healthy and vibrant foundation for summer and for new ideas and inspiration.
