Hot Core Express is a unique 30 minute class designed to strengthen and tone your abdominals and lower back.

Learn how to properly engage your core and experience how it can expand your yoga practice.

Emma comes from a background as a personal trainer and has always focused on functional movement as the core. Over the years she has been running everything from private PT sessions, couples sessions, small group trainings, to mums and bubs classes.

Talia’s shares her knowledge and experience in intelligent sequences, supported through anatomy knowledge, breath work, and a deep belief that cross-training is an important tool for the mind and body. Her passion for her students and continuous learning is evident, through her ever-evolving classes.
