Back Massage Workshop
Learn the basic techniques on how to give the ultimate back massage.
At some point in their lives, many people have had a professional massage . If you are one of those people, and you enjoyed your experience, did you leave your treatment curious about why it was so good? Have you ever wanted to give a massage to a friend or partner and wondered how to do it properly? Or, are you simply someone who is interested in the body and likes to learn new skills?
At Nadi, we enjoy empowering others with the awareness of self- care, which is why we are holding a two hour Back Massage Workshop on Thursday the 9th of December, beginning at 7pm.
In this workshop, you will learn the basic techniques of giving and receiving a Relaxation Massage. Before the workshop, we will have you fill out a consultation form specific to your body’s aches and pains. Then, under the guidance of two of our experienced therapists, you and your partner or friend will be taught a customised back massage workshop based on this consultation form that also covers:
- A bit of human anatomy
- Warm up techniques
- Draping the recipient
- How to safely apply appropriate pressure
- Customised massage techniques catered to your aches and pains
- Supervision of massage therapist to answer your questions
Bookings must be made as two, whether it’s with a significant other, a friend, or a housemate to be your massage partner, as you will be practicing on one another during this workshop.
