A post natal recovery class for Mums/Dads to attend with their babies (6 weeks to crawling).

It’s a great bonding experience with your baby and you’ll be able to ease back into yoga. It’s great for emotional well-being and it can aid in digestion for baby.
We welcome you to join us on Wednesdays at Nadi Wellness Queenstown for postnatal yoga, a time for you to slow down and connect with your baby.
Class is open to mums, dads and baby.
Classes will include breathing techniques, asana (postures) for releasing tension and building strength. The sessions are guided by Sandi Murphy, Nadi Director, experienced teacher and mother of two.
The class is also a perfect opportunity to meet other local parents.

That’s okay! We can apply your missed class to another week.
I am only 6 weeks postpartum, can I still join class?
We recommend starting to practice postnatal yoga depending on your body between 6 to 8 weeks after giving birth. It it recommend to check with your doctor before you begin exercising.
What do I need to bring with me?
Your mat, a blanket, any props you may want, a water bottle and your little one!
How long does my “5 Class Mums/Dads & Bubs Pass” last?
Can I transfer my “5 Class Mums/Dads & Bubs Pass” to other yoga classes?
No, this pass is only for the Mums/Dads & Bubs classes. However, we can transfer the pass to another student if you would like!
