This class is perfect for anyone who would like to start their yoga journey – no experience required!
Attending class once per week is also a great way to start to build a new healthy habit and routine into your life.
Each weekly session will include introduction to asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques to help deal with stress), meditation and mindfulness.
The session will include easily accessible themes and sequences for all ages and body types.
