In class with Chris you’ll find yourself exploring the complete practice of Yoga. Using the tools and maps laid out by the tradition – asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation – Chris guides his students using the principles of Vinyasa Krama, or wise progression. Practicing through the lens of Tantric Hatha Yoga, expect to explore the relationship of developing power to move towards your goals, and break through the obstacles along the way. Ultimately walking the path towards union with our true essence – our unshakeable higher self.
