Daisy Perkins

Yoga for Daisy is a place of reconnection. It allows her to fall back into the rhythm of herself. It introduced her to herself, showing her her strengths and weaknesses. Through yoga she has found value in the world that lives inside herself.

Connection between body, breath and mind is where the true magic lives.

Her classes have a strong focus on connecting the body and mind through breath. Flowing in synchronised harmony together.

There is no right or wrong in yoga. For Daisy, that is the power of yoga, that it is for everyone. It provides the opportunity to connect us not only to ourselves but also to each other.

Yoga has dipped in and out of her life for as long as she can remember. However, it wasn’t until about 2016 that she started to take a more dedicated practice and it truly transformed her life. She completed a 200hr and a 300hr YTT at Byron Yoga Centre as part of a 1 year long intensive course. This included inclusive training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin practices, as well as an in depth teaching of yoga history and philosophy.
