Moni, originally from Poland, has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She has spent many years traveling the world and deepening her understanding of the depths of yoga, meditation & healing. She gained her experience by attending plenty of various types of yoga workshops with many international, influential teachers who inspired and encouraged her to tune deeper into body movement and mind.
Moni completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Nadi Wellness with Sandi Murphy. She now offers graceful Vinyasa yoga flows of moving mediation while exploring consciousness. As a master of Social Psychology, she is extremely passionate about human emotions, as well as how yoga practice and breath work strengthen and challenge our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, and increase our capacity to process difficult emotions and past traumas.
Moni is known for her positive and fun attitude as well as her sense of service, which you can expect her to share in her classes.
