Samantha Saccomanno

Samantha has practiced yoga on and off since she was 13; however, it wasn’t until moving to Aotearoa three years ago that she developed a more consistent practice. In fact, it was a yoga class at Nadi Wellness Centre that changed her perspective on yoga and helped her understand its healing and self-reflective elements. Immediately, she was hooked and wanted to further her knowledge so she completed her 200 hour Vinyasa yoga and 100 hour Yin yoga teacher training. She is honoured to now be teaching at Nadi, the studio that ignited her love and passion for this practice.

Samantha has also volunteered at retreat centres, as well as participated in an Ascension meditation training and women’s healing workshop. She recognises yoga as a way of healing and helping people reconnect with themselves. She is passionate about drawing from her multitude of experiences within health and wellness to help craft thoughtful and meaningful classes. Samantha enjoys teaching slow flow and power vinyasa while including yogic philosophy to help students understand how to incorporate yoga both on and off their mat.
