Sarsha Hope ~ Yoga teacher, Ecstatic Dance facilitator and Healer.

She is an embodied, passionate soulful teacher, who has been studying Yoga, Meditation and Healing with master teachers since 1997 and has been teaching since 2002.

Sarsha founded Ecstatic Dance in Queenstown, and is currently a Lululemon ambassador: teaching retreats & workshops, both nationally and internationally.  Her offerings blend together the best elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, Mindfulness, Embodiment practices and Philosophy.  They are flowing and grounded, providing an opportunity to dive deep into the souls’ inner waters taking you on a journey into meditative states,  a deeper understating of self and our interconnectivity to the whole.  Known for bringing a resonant, relevant voice that speaks directly to body, heart and soul, Sarsha offers a direct experience of deepening your understanding of your body systems, tissues, cells, psychological, spiritual, and energetic aspects of self.
When not teaching Yoga, Ecstatic Dance or facilitating healings: you will find her out playing in nature, spending time with her family or frolicking with friends.  You can learn more about Sarsha at or as a featured teacher on

“Sarsha makes yoga feel like dessert. We should all have the opportunity to be guided by Sarsha in a yoga class. I have been very blessed to have had Sarsha as a teacher.  She has supported my practice over the years with warmth and compassion.  I would truly recommend Sarsha as a yoga teacher”
