PM session 1:45pm – 5:15pm
This immersion will be run by +350hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Renee Jessup, of Nadi Queenstown.
Renee Jessup is a +550hr Certified Yoga teacher at Nadi Wellness, who has practiced Yoga in a variety of forms for over 15 years.
She first came across Yin Yoga 9 years ago when she was living in Sydney and was first drawn to the practice because of its more calming and relaxing qualities that balanced her “yang” lifestyle.
With time, Renee also started to fall in love with Yin Yoga’s deeper work; its physical and mental benefits bringing her a greater sense of calm, and its relationship with Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Lines – (you may have heard about these through Acupuncture or Acupressure) – allowing her to work with the deeper and more subtle layers of her self.
Renee believes Yin Yoga is a great tool to build a greater level of physical and mental resilience and patience, as well as to remove any stuck energy that has accumulated from our past experiences that may be causing a sense of stress or dis-ease in the body.
She brings this training to Nadi Wellness to spread her passion for Yin Yoga to those who would like a deeper understanding of the Traditional Chinese Medicine approach.
