Talia has been leading yoga classes, workshops, day retreats, and supporting teacher trainings since 2016 in NZ and internationally. Originally from Yorkshire UK, she has danced and flowed through life with a desire to expand her knowledge whilst sharing her passion with as many as possible.
Talia’s Flow Yoga classes are well balanced, accessible to all, and restorative all at once. With a fierce dedication to her own practice and self-development, she shares her knowledge and experience in intelligent sequences, supported through anatomy knowledge, breath work, intention setting, and a deep belief that yoga can be the cross-training tool for the mind and body. Her passion for her students and continuous learning is evident, through her ever-evolving classes.
When Talia isn’t in the studio, she is hiking, listening to podcasts, cooking or eating! She is newly part of the Foot Nerd Programme and has started working towards her 500hr Yoga Medicine Teacher Training.
